Guests evaluated their stays across multiple criteria, including service quality, cleanliness, location and comfort. The recognition highlights the resort’s ability to consistently meet guest expectations across these areas.
The award also marks a milestone year for British Airways Holidays, which celebrates its 70th anniversary, further enhancing the credibility of the recognition.
