Sun Siyam Olhuveli has announced a series of leadership appointments aimed at strengthening operational performance and enhancing guest experience across the resort.
The changes include the promotion of Hassan Mihaadh to Director of Rooms, alongside the appointments of Susi Suniarti as Spa Manager and Suman Saurabh as Events and Entertainment Manager. The move reflects a continued focus on strengthening core operational functions through experienced leadership.
Hassan Mihaadh brings over two decades of experience in hospitality, including more than ten years in senior leadership roles. His career spans internationally recognised brands across the Maldives, the Middle East and Asia. Since joining the resort in 2023, he has played a key role in improving service consistency and operational standards, and will now oversee one of the largest room inventories in the Maldives.
Susi Suniarti joins with over 20 years of experience in spa and wellness operations across the Maldives and Indonesia. As a CIDESCO-certified professional, she will lead the resort’s wellness division with a focus on team development, service quality and long-term performance.
Suman Saurabh, with experience across leading hospitality brands including InterContinental, Six Senses and Hilton, will oversee events and entertainment programming. His role will focus on delivering lifestyle-driven guest experiences aligned with evolving traveller expectations.
The appointments highlight a broader industry trend towards investing in experienced leadership to maintain service standards and operational efficiency in a competitive tourism market.
